Overview
Slumberland Furniture’s mission is to improve the life of each customer. Founded in 1967 as a “sleep store,” the company specialized in helping customers find the right mattress for each individual or couple based on sleep habits, body size and other needs. Eventually the company expanded into furniture to fill a home, but its roots remain in mattresses.
Today, more than 50 years later, the company remains family-owned and boasts more than 120 stores in 12 states throughout the Midwest. Slumberland continues to remain focused on helping customers battling insomnia or aches and pains find a mattress that allow them to sleep soundly at night.
What to Expect
Slumberland offers wide selection of mattresses in all price ranges from Tempur + Sealy and its own exclusively-crafted Slumbercrest brand (see video below). With all of its mattress, the company offers its customers two guarantees: a Low Price Guarantee and a Total Satisfaction Guarantee.
The Low Price Guarantee assures customers that, within 30 days of a purchase, should you find the same item at a lower price at a competitor then they will refund you the difference after verification of the other store’s price, product availability and terms. If they cannot match the price then they will give you $100 back.
The Total Satisfaction Guarantee requires you to sleep on your mattress for 30 days. Then if you are unhappy with the comfort, size or height of your mattress, and it is less than 120 days, you are entitled to a one-time re-select for $99 plus any applicable deliver fees. If your selection is of lesser value then the difference will be placed on a gift car or applied to other merchandise. (Special order sizes are excluded.)
